1. All reservations require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit equaling 50% of your account payable within 7 days / 24 hours of your booking.
2. Only once this deposit is paid, your booking is secured.
3. Always send proof of payments with details through to our office.
4. If the deposit is not paid in this period, your booking can/will be cancelled without any notice from this office.
1. The balance of deposit is due and payable 7 days prior to the commencement of the reservation.
2. An extra levy will be charged on late payments.
3. NB - Should your group cut back on their numbers within the 10 day period, they will be held liable for the total number of the initial booking and billed accordingly.
1. Bookings made less than 7 days prior to your arrival, will only be secured once a full payment has been received.
1. Should you cancel outside the 30 day period prior to your arrival your booking can be postponed to another available date or to one of our other venues, or 50% of monies paid towards the
booking can/will be refunded.
2. If the cancellation is made within the 30 day period no money will be refunded.
1. Only when proof of the full payment has been received and account has been settled
2. You/Group leader will receive the required permit which will be needed to secure entrance to the booked venue.
3. You/Group leaders must make sure that all vehicles have a copy of the permit issued to their group.
4. Permits must be handed to persons in charge / reception offices upon arrival.
1. R50.00 admin/booking fee will be charged on each / every booking.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
When confirming a reservation with this office, you agree and commit yourself to the following:
Prices: Anvie Ventures will do their utmost to honour prices quoted and published. Only the price/s reflected on a valid Anvie Ventures invoice/s shall
be final and binding, unless an obvious or innocent mistake has been made, in which event Anvie Ventures shall replace the invoice in question and notify
the client accordingly.
Liability of Anvie Ventures: The client accepts any and all risks associated with his or her intended excursion / travel plans to the venue in question, and
whilst at such venue as a guest. Anvie Ventures act only as booking agents for the venue owners and accordingly accept no liability for any loss or damage
which any client may suffer whether in relation to travel arrangements, medical care, accommodation, facilities, features or otherwise. For damages - Neither
Anvie Ventures nor any person acting for, through or on behalf of Anvie Ventures shall be liable for any loss, damages, accidents, delay, death or
inconvenience to any person or his or her luggage or other property, howsoever caused or which may arise as a result of the negligence or any act or omission
on the part of Anvie Ventures or its venue owners.
