and under new management.
Breathtaking scenery and rich vegetation leaves a permanent impression on our
visitors. This unique jewel offers you an intimate and relaxing atmosphere that you
only find in the Kransberg Bushveld. Mateke is situated 60 km north of Thabazimbi on
the Ellisras road.

4 X 4 TRAILS: Two trails in the Kransberg mountains, river crossings and bush veld.
"The trail varies from a 4X2 and soft-roader-friendly, where the focus is on natural
attraction, to a 4X4 route that is challenging in places and where low range, high
ground clearance and care are definitely required"...Drive Out, December 2004.
One trail over a variety of terrains in the heart of the Waterberg. The trail covers
rocky areas, sand, river crossings as well as up and down hill areas that makes this
a good day's outride. Picnic spots between indigenous trees and half way stop over
offers one the opportunity for a well deserved break. The first 11km suitable for 4X2
vehicles. (4-6 hours) Drive Out grading 2-4. Maximum Vehicles: 8 - 10.
Costs per vehicle: R170. Quads: R45 per quad per day.

The Dome Lodge
The Dome Bush Lodge - is a private bush lodge situated 27km from Potchefstroom in the Vredefort Dome area. Only an hour from JHB and 1,5 hours from
PTA. This is a natural bush veld area with mountains and interesting rock formations as a result of the meteorite. According to NASA, the Vredefort
site is the oldest site that was hit by a meteorite and it is estimated to have happened 2000 million years ago.
Accommodation:
There are 7x private, fully equipped en-suite 4 Bed chalets. 2 Of them with double beds, baths in bathrooms and DSTV. All chalets have 2 separate
bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchens, small lounge areas and private braai facilities. Bring only own towels and kitchen clothes. These chalets are all
walking distance away from one another and situated in well kept natural gardens with big shady trees.
Function Venue:
There is a big hall with a fully equipped "industrial" kitchen and private bar for private functions. Tables and chairs for groups up to 150 persons.
Ideal for weddings, birthdays, private functions and "bosberaad" or conferences. Catering and "Wedding/function packages" available. A big braai boma
can be used by groups for bon fires and evening socials. Enjoy the excellent star light nights!

Eye View Game Farm
Come and enjoy a relaxing time away in the heart of the bush, only 135km from Pretoria, outside Rustenburg on the Koster road.
Eye View Game Farm offers a wide range of wildlife including kudu, rooibok, blue wildebeest, ribbok, blesbuck, steenbok, etc. 30 km dirt road

Mahala Manzi Bush Camp & Eco Trails is situated on a 2000 he Private and working Game Farm, 60 km from Stoffberg, on the R555 Roossenekal /

Imagine only hearing wild life sounds, the crackling of your own night fire and the calming sound of the running river close by the camp! Ideal for

Blinkwater Game Farm is situated near Settlers and 35 km from Naboomspruit (Mookgopong) in the beautiful Waterberg area of Limpopo, only an hour and half
from PTA and 2 hours drive from JHB. The farm borders South Africa's Nylsvley Flood Plain well known amongst eager bird watchers. This game farm provides habitat
to many game species such as kudu, impala, giraffe, zebra, warthog, many small cat families and an abundance of birdlife!
Blinkwater Game Farm is a peaceful breakaway where guests can enjoy the tranquility of the bush. You don't have to travel far to let your soul be captivated by a
paradise of bush veld and be surrounded by the most spectacular sunsets.

FARM STEAD - Feel at home in this cozy farmhouse (with electricity) which accommodates 6-8 persons situated in a lush garden with views on the farm land where one

BUSH CAMP - This unique thatched bush camp is situated in a big game Fenced camp and accommodates only 4-8 persons privately. It overlooks a drinking hole/farm dam
where visitors will see game coming and going the whole day! The double storey hut has 2 x separate bed rooms: 2 single beds upstairs and 2 down stairs. All bedding
included. Outside one can relax in a lovely thatched lapa with basic kitchen facilities or around a big camp fire and conversation pit. There is NO electricity.
Lighting is provided by a solar panel. There is a gas geyser for hot water in the bath room. Only a gas fridge and two-plate stove, pot, pan and a kettle are
provided. Cutlery and crockery can be supplied at R100 for the weekend, or bring own. Bring own towels. The swimming pool in the camp is a treat specially in hot summer days! There is a
bathroom with a shower, toilet and hand basin. Tents are welcome for larger groups. Maximum of 8 persons.
